Delivery is calculated from the packed weight of your basket and destination. The exact charge and service are shown before PayPal payment. Unless a different timeframe is agreed, we aim to deliver within 30 days of your order.
United Kingdom
UK parcels use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Rates include VAT. UK delivery is free when the product subtotal reaches £300. Tracked 48 is the carrier service level after dispatch, not a guaranteed dispatch date.
International delivery
Available international destinations use Royal Mail International Tracked. Online international parcels are limited to 2 kg including packaging; larger baskets must be split into separate orders. The recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.
Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched, its tracking number and secure tracking link will be added to your account order history. Contact health@kokoshungsan.co.uk if an order has not arrived within the agreed timeframe.
