Products and accounts
You must provide accurate account and delivery information. Customer accounts are for personal purchases. Trade pricing is available to registered business buyers and is intended for resale or other business use. We may ask a trade buyer for reasonable business information and may suspend misuse of trade access.
Product descriptions, ingredients, directions and warnings are based on current supplier information. Packaging can change, so always read the label supplied before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Prices, payment and the contract
Prices are in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the product subtotal, tracked delivery and total before payment. PayPal processes payment; Kokoshungsan does not receive your full card or PayPal login details. An order is accepted when PayPal confirms the completed payment and the order appears as paid in your dashboard. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
Delivery
We deliver using the services and charges shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within 30 days of the order unless a different timeframe is agreed. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are received by the consumer or their nominated person. See the Delivery page for services, limits and tracking.
Consumer cancellations and returns
If you buy as a consumer, you may normally cancel from the time you order until 14 days after receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after they are unsealed. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights. See the Returns page for the process and cancellation form.
Trade purchases
Orders placed wholly or mainly for business purposes are business-to-business purchases. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to those orders. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, trade returns are accepted only for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits a consumer’s statutory rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or, for business buyers, indirect or consequential business losses. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights that apply where they live.
